Join us in the creation of a system of care for children and youth ages 5-18 living in the western region of Palm Beach County – South Bay, Pahokee, and Belle Glade that are at-risk of or have social and emotional disturbances.

Our Community Partnership Group provides education to the general population to reduce stigma and increase mental health awareness in the community.  We use “Wraparound” to help strengthen youth and families get the individualized care planning that they need to be successful.
